Firstly we will do a first introduction date to get acquainted. I will notice your own goals and create your own training plan based on your health condition and personal wishes. After that we will together follow this plan, I will give you continuously my recommendations to technique. The plan has a life circle, it means, this will be adjusted as soon as we see the jump to a next level.
